Our Saturday Youth Class (7-9 yrs) runs from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM and is a great opportunity for extra training! 💪🥋

🔥 What’s special about Saturdays?
✅ Longer class time – 60 min vs. 45 min on weekdays
✅ Smaller class size – More 1-on-1 attention
✅ New learning opportunity – Train with Coach John (BJJ Brown Belt & Judo Black Belt) and learn Judo-based takedowns that work in BJJ! 🥋🔥
