Would you be able to do a 30 km back country hike? I always wanted to be the Dad who was NOT limited by his age. At 47, I decided to make this happen with the choices I made around Nutrition & Training. Now I get to have amazing experiences with my adult kids. You will either pay the price of discipline, or live with the pain of regret. Either way, You will pay a price! Discipline weighs ounces and regret weighs tons. Choose wisely. I’m thankful I chose discipline over comfort.

I don’t talk about this enough.
This started in 2017.
My wife signed up for a bikini competition… and something clicked.
At the time, I wasn’t out of shape.
But I wasn’t proud either.
6’1”, 197 lbs.
Just… average.
Feeling invisible.
And 50 was getting closer.
Watching her transform lit a fire in me.
So I made a decision.
I signed up for my first competition here in BC.
A natural show called T-Zone Fitness.
I hired a coach.
I committed fully.
And I changed everything.
30 pounds down.
A completely different physique.
A completely different standard.
But more importantly…
a completely different mindset.
That moment forced me to level up.

And the truth is…
She’s still my reason today.

What the research review highlighted
• Low grip strength was linked to 15.35x higher odds of erectile dysfunction.
• In men 40+, muscle strengthening activity was linked to lower odds of ED.
• In older men (average age 74), ED was common (52.4%) and low muscle (sarcopenia) was also common (31.6%).
