Yuens Family Martial Arts Yuen's Family Martial Arts strives to create a supportive environment where every student can develop their discipline, respect, and fitness.

Classes range from 4 years old to Adults including Cardio Kickboxing. Sign up today for 2 free trials! Yuen's Martial Arts in Coquitlam offers a variety of programs that will fit your family’s needs. Children as young as 4 years old are taught in a fun, safe and positive environment that combine martial arts, character development and life skills that will give them a great start in life. Many of our moms and dads are getting in the best shape of their lives while having a great time learning valuable and practical self-defense. For 30 years, we have been building and developing character and everyday life skills. We are committed to strengthening the mind, body and spirit of each individual. Ultimately our goal is to build greater unity in families, workplaces and the community we serve.

A huge congratulations to Caitlyn and Dylan who tested for and earned their Black Belts yesterday!

Seeing their confidence grow during the cycle and the perseverance & determination to not give up during the test shows how much they’ve grown as individuals from when they started as kids to who they’ve become today.

Earning a Black Belt is more than just learning how to kick or punch, it’s a journey in finding out who you are and building core values that will stay with you forever.

I’m honoured to have been able to work with the both of you as your mentor throughout your Black Belt cycle.
