Thank you to everyone who’s come out to our new Friday night cardio kickboxing classes during summer! 🩷🥊🔥

It’s been great seeing everyone put in the effort and really get a sweat on with all the fun combos and music burnouts at the end of classes.

-All ages cardio kickboxing will be moving to Thursday nights at 6:30pm.
-New kickboxing/Muay Thai teen & adult classes will be starting on Saturdays at 9am with the Sunday teen $ adult cardio kickboxing classes now starting at 9am

~ Fall Schedule 2026~

Starting Sept 8th our fall schedule begins!

🗓️Some of the class times have changed slightly so please take a look at your respective class times.
You’ll also notice some new class additions added on the weekends.

🔥cardio kickboxing on Thursday nights will be open for all ages from junior intermediate & advanced to adults.
On Saturday & sunday mornings the class will be open to any teen & Adults.
-No experience required
-Just bring boxing gloves, water, and towel

🔥Focus classes have been moved to Saturday mornings!
-each week will will be a different theme! Come join if you ever wanted to try unique board breaks, or learn advanced weapons.
-open to all

We also added a new sparring class on Tuesday nights and a new BJJ class on Saturday mornings.
