STOP with questioning why you are stuck and get real with yourself.

Time to get real with yourself.
You’re not seeing results.
You’re not happy with how you look.
You’re still eating crap.
You’re still drinking each week.
But... you expect to see changes?
Babe, the hard reality is that NOTHING in life ever comes without hard work, sacrifice and dedication.
You want a baby - you have to put in 10 months of growing a baby, birthing, raising, sacrificing sleep, time, friendships etc.
You want a degree... you skip seeing friends, stay in and study your ass off until that piece of paper shows up that you did it.
You want a healthy relationship with your partner? You invest into them daily. You give up dating other people and choose to only date them.
In life, we make sacrifices all the time to get the result we are looking for. So why do you keep telling yourself that you don’t need to sacrifice certain things in order to lose weight or reach your fitness goals.
YES... weight loss comes with sacrifice.
YES... if you want to achieve a goal you HAVE TO put in hard work that isn’t always fun.
The only thing stopping you... is to simply ask yourself...

6 years married.
8 years together.
6 years seems so small when you compare it to forever. But those years, the days, the hours, the minutes lived, in between those 6 years, makes it feel like eternity.
We have accomplished so much more together as a couple. than I could’ve imagined, which only confirms how perfect we were made for each other. You encourage me, carry me, pick up where I leave off, and always say yes.
The grass is only greener where you water it - as you always say - so here is to many more years of watering our grass together.

It’s a rare moment in life when you are given the opportunity to meet someone who continuously pushes you to be the best version of yourself.
A relationship shouldn’t hold you back.
A relationship shouldn’t stop you from being the best version of you.
A relationship shouldn’t stop you from reaching your dreams or goals.
But I want to throw this out to all my babes out there looking for a relationship or are in a unhealthy relationship - I wasn’t LUCKY to steal this man 8 years ago.
I knew what I was worth before we started dating. I knew what he was worth before we started dating. And every single day in our relationship I choose to give us both what we deserve and we both are worth.
Every day I choose to respect him and hold him up. Every day I choose to help him reach his goals, even if they aren’t my own. Every day I choose to show him how much I love him and appreciate him with the smallest or biggest of acts.
We don’t have a healthy relationship because we are lucky. We choose to hold each other up, communicate and invest every single day.
And this hike proves just that. He chose to come with me, even if it sounded like a terrible idea, even if we got lost and didn’t know if we’d make it out, even though he was tired. He knew going this hike would make me happy. And so we ventured, all four of us, into the wilderness so he could see me smile.

STOP ✋ READ BELOW I’m about to throw down some cold hard truth this WEDNESDAY MORNING!
When you spend money, do you ever stop to think exactly what is it you are investing into? Momentary satisfaction, mask to fill a void, pastime to fill boredom? Do you justify spending money on your children but you can’t justify spending money on yourself?
Do you spend money on all sorts of “things” to help you feel better or look younger? That truly never fills what it is you’re searching for?
Do you suffer from MOM guilt when you take time for yourself?
MOMS! BABES! BEAUTIFUL LADIES - listen up!
The investment into your health is JUST AS important as investing into your little ones. In fact, neglecting your health is probably more selfish as your little ones are LOOKING UP to you and WILL follow in your footsteps. How you take care of yourself is EXACTLY the road they will follow.
The investment into your health is WORTH not spending money on those things that aren’t fulfilling you. It’s one that will increase your lifespan, your ability to live a full life, explore places you never thought possible, gain confidence you thought was long gone.
Mommas, I challenge you to look over your budget this month. Examine where your money is going and where you can begin investing in yourself. Take away a bad habit and replace it with a healthy one.
Sorry for the hard truth BUT I know what you’re missing out on and I know where you can go.
