Hi everyone!
I will now be offering online nutrition and exercise plans ! I am super excited about this new chapter in my life. For those of you that are not familiar with me:
I have been studying wellness since the age of 21; For those who do know me you know that’s a long while !
My background is in weight loss, holistic nutrition and holistic life coaching. I am a certified trainer, yoga teacher, energy worker and holistic life coach.
Throughout the years I have studied
Various styles / modalities of exercise, healing and nutrition which I have compiled for my clients in the easiest, most practical and cost effective methods possible.
My goal is to deliver a balanced and healthy lifestyle to my clients in a fun, safe and easy way.
Meal plans are all personalized and done over FaceTime m, telephone or in person if possible!
Exercise plans are completed by email correspondence.
As a client you will be given access to private instant messaging/ FaceTime or phone calls.
Fees for all work are flat $45 / per hour excluding:
Holidays and weekend correspondence which will be a flat $65 / hour.
Energy Healing work; limited to one weekly session at $80.
When possible in gym training sessions will be mandatory for assessment purposes. When not possible both full body front and back pictures are mandatory.
A weekly food journal will be mandatory.
A health questionnaire will be mandatory.
Payments will be completed weekly via email transfer.

Did you know that stretching can actually help build a bigger muscle if done properly?! How do you achieve this? Stretching the area you worked...after workout to a Maximum will actually help build a larger muscle. Again. No Pain No Gain...It literally needs to hurt to work!
