Welcome our newest Caveman Strong trainer - Jason.
Jason brings a powerful blend of high-performance sport, military discipline, and real-world athletic development to our coaching team. A former top-18 nationally ranked swimmer and current Head Coach of the Cornwall Sea Lions, his foundation was built through years of competitive sport, structured dryland training, and elite physical preparation.
During his competitive swimming career, Jason completed his athletic training right here at Caveman Strong, giving him a deep, firsthand understanding of our training philosophy and a strong foundation in long-term athletic development.
He later served as an airborne infantry soldier in the Canadian Army, gaining extensive operational and training experience across Ukraine, Alaska, Australia, Hawaii, North Carolina, and Louisiana- further sharpening his discipline, adaptability, and performance mindset.
Since leaving the military, Jason has continued to train across multiple disciplines, bringing intensity, precision, and purpose to every session. His approach is results-driven, athlete-focused, and aligned with the Caveman Strong standard of building resilient, capable humans.
We’re proud to welcome him back- this time as a coach.
