As our final Saturday wraps up, we’d like to thank all the players for their participation this season. We would also like to thank all the volunteer coaches, we could not do it without your help.

Some things have changed in the soccer community here in cornwall over the last year, and these changes affected the beginning of our season. Balancing teams was not as straightfoward as It used to be. We have taken all of the feedback we’ve received and we’ve put a plan in place to return next year even stronger, to provide a positive season for all players.

You will see this change in the first few weeks of next season, so we hope to see you all back again next year.

Congratulations to all of our winners today, and good luck to those playing this coming week.

Week 2 of playoffs starts tomorrow!

U5 & U7 are at their usual times on Saturday.

Here is the playoff schedule for the adult league that wraps up this Sunday.

Here are the playoff schedules for the next two weeks for our youth league. All U5 and U7 teams play both Saturdays at their usual times.

A reminder, cleats are not permitted for CISL league play.

As some of you have noticed, the Benson Centre has posted on the door of the field house that cleats are now allowed on the field. We have noticed that some players have already made the switch.

We have never allowed cleats, and for the remainder of this season, we will not be allowing cleats for league play. This goes for all youth and adult players. Referees will be instructed to enforce this. We can revisit this for next year, but for the duration of this season, we will continue operating as we always have, with no cleats.

Our U5’s decorated Christmas trees as part of an obstacle course this morning.

We figured we would take this oportunity to inform everyone that our Saturday sessions take a ONE week break after today and start back on January 3rd.

Yes, there is soccer this Saturday! We operate like a school. We are not forcing you to come, but we are here if you’re willing to play. The same applies for days with bad weather.
