“I work with a lot of women going post Saturn return and Uranus opposition (35 - 45) and I have found that many are overwhelmed by their NN. For example, Cancer NN is overwhelmed by too much nurturing and taking on the mothering “role”. Or an Aries NN finds herself “too assertive”. Any guidance on this?”

The first few things I would look at in your birth chart are:
Do you have a Nodal Reversal?
Is your Sun or Moon Sign the same as your North Node?
Do you have a planet transiting your North Node? For example: if you have a planet like Jupiter transiting your North Node, because it will expand the energy.
The medicine is always in the opposite, so if you are feeling overbalanced in the energy of your North Node, you can lean into the gifts & genius of your South Node to restore balance.
Remember, this is not a static journey - it is a life long dance of learning how to find a balance between the two.
