Strong isn’t just built in the gym… it’s passed down. 🤍
Today we witnessed one of those moments that reminds us why we love what we do.
A mom spent time teaching her daughters how to move, how to train, and most importantly, how to build confidence in themselves. Watching them learn together was such a special reminder that healthy habits, discipline, and strength can start at any age.
At Fit Excellence, we’re proud to be a space where families can create moments like these.
Our Gym Guidelines for Youth:
👨👩👧 Under 14 years old are welcome with a parent or guardian present at all times and a signed waiver.
💪 Ages 14–18 may work out independently during staffed hours with a signed parent/guardian waiver.
🚫 Anyone under 18 is not permitted during unstaffed hours, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
While there is no minimum age to begin learning in our facility, every young athlete must be supervised appropriately, and all youth participation is at the discretion of our team to ensure everyone’s safety.
Here’s to raising the next generation to see exercise as something empowering—not something they have to do, but something they get to do. ❤️

✨ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT ✨
Some journeys start with a goal to lose weight. Others start with a hope to simply belong.
When Dylan joined Fit Excellence, he wasn’t just looking for a place to work out—he was looking for a positive community, genuine friendships, and people who would help keep him accountable. What he found was so much more.
Since then, he’s lost an incredible 60 pounds, but the biggest transformation has been the person he’s become along the way. Through consistency, perseverance, and showing up even when motivation was hard to find, he’s built confidence, discipline, and a healthier mindset.
He says the support from our coaches and members has been a huge part of his success, proving that the right community can truly change your life.
His advice to anyone thinking about starting?
“Don’t wait until you feel ready—just start. Stay consistent, trust the process, and remember that every small step counts.” ❤️
While he’s still working toward his goals, he’s inspiring those around him, and reminding everyone that real change happens one small step at a time.
