Our club was taken over by some very cute and talented dogs last weekend for the Cranbrook & District Kennel Club Dog Show. We had a great time seeing all the cute pups. Congratulations to all those that took home prizes.

Great new opportunities to try curling or improve your curling skill! Registration is open now for our development programming.
Learn to Curl is a great opportunity to get your feet wet (or more accurately cold) and try out curling for the first or 100th time with structured lessons that will help everyone from a complete beginner to a 20 year club veteran.
Development league will see players placed on teams and get them playing games with instructors on-ice with them to help hone and develop slide and sweeping techniques as well as shot-calling and strategy.
Again both programs are not just for beginners! Anyone who wants to receive some coaching and improve their game is welcome to attend.

Do you want to improve your curling knowledge and skills while learning how to help others do the same? Well we are hosting a Club Coaching Course on October 17-18 that will be perfect for you! The link to register is in our bio.

This course focuses on the club curler. This program is designed to enhance the skill set of the coach/instructor who function primarily at the club level, be it with beginner curlers from youth to master age groups. Participants must be a minimum of 14 years old.

Location: Cranbrook Curling Centre (1777 2 St N, Cranbrook, BC V1C 7G9)
Registration deadline: October 2, 2026
Pre-requisites: There are 3 online courses needed to be completed before training is complete.

Registration is now open for our Open Cash Spiel on November 13-15 with a prize pool of $4000 in cash. Registration is $450 per team and includes dinner and live entertainment on Saturday night. Registration closes on November 6th. If you would like to register as an individual email [email protected].

Our AGM is being held September 10, 2026 at 6:30pm. This will be a great opportunity to hear about all the exciting things happening at the Cranbrook Curling Club this year, including some of the new initiatives and plans for the upcoming season.

The bar will be open, there will be free snacks and door prizes, and we’ll be taking the time to recognize and celebrate some of the amazing volunteers who gave their time and energy to our club last season. Our club simply wouldn’t be what it is without our volunteers, and this is our chance to say thank you!

We’ll also have volunteers available that evening to help anyone who still needs assistance with registration.
