Today’s paddle yoga class was pure magic 💦✨
We started with a gentle warm-up on the board, connected with the water, and flowed through a fun mix of strength, balance, and relaxation. Lots of laughs, a few wobbles, and the most peaceful savasana floating under the sky 🌊🧘‍♀️☀️

It’s incredible how refreshing it feels to move on the water. Already excited for the next one!
