| We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Lululemon to create an opportunity for play on World Mental Health day—Thursday, October 10th |
Play & exercise can significantly reduce stress, lead to improved mood and better your stress management. These benefits, along with countless others, is why it is important to make time for movement in your daily life.
Join us for our event where we aim to walk and talk with purpose! We aim to bring the community together to create an opportunity for movement/play, while also allowing for an inclusive opportunity to both learn and discuss how we can prioritize mental health as much as our physical health!
On our walk and talk at our local TFN park we will go over the importance of physical activity for reducing negative mental health, the impact of a nutrition, how to use unique stress management techniques, and how to be both reactive and proactive with our mental health.
There will also be guided exercise movements at the end that are suited for all ability levels, along with drinks and snacks to enjoy!

• CLIENT SPOTLIGHT •
I have had the opportunity to work with the most diverse and amazing group of people over my 5 year career. I decided it was time to share a few of the many amazing journeys that l've been so proud to have been a part of!
Investing in ourselves is something that sounds great to all of us, but is often something we don't want to work for or pay for. It is hard, as habits are hard to adopt and habits are hard to break.
To be able to take action, put yourself & future self first, and stay patient enough to prove to yourself that you can do anything is one of the most empowering feelings in the world.
Easier said than done and these clients can attest to that. I am so happy that the universe allowed us to cross paths so that I could guide and watch you all change as a person. Physically-yes, but most importantly mentally. It is the mental benefits that most don't come seeking for, but are thrilled to experience first.
