What we believe:
• Fundamental movement and physical literacy skills are an integral component of a person’s growth and development.

• Gymnastics develops both basic and advanced movement skills that form the core of sport and activity in general. Gymnastics is a springboard to all other sports.

• The activity of gymnastics should be fun and accessible to participants of all ages and abilities.

• Children can experience success, gain an increased sense of self-esteem, learn the importance of determination and perseverance, discover how to set and achieve goals, and develop positive life skills through the activity of gymnastics.

Are you interested in our October Kids Night Out (Halloween Costume Carnival), but are not sure what to expect? Here is a sneak peek from the previous Kids Night Out from September (Ninja Warrior Night).

Come celebrate Halloween a little early at Delta Gymnastics! Dress up in your Halloween costume and enjoy various spooky-themed activities. After a night of gymnastics and tricks, participants will settle down with a treat. Start the spooky season with DGS!

DATE: Friday, October 23rd, 2026
TIME: 6:30 - 9:30PM
COST: $40; includes a slice of pizza and juice (membership + insurance fee is required)

DID YOU KNOW we spent nearly $6,000 last year to replace approximately 2,200 FOAM PIT CUBES? This is one of many things our Chocolate Drive supports, as we replace and refresh equipment annually.

REMINDER: Our EARLY BIRD DRAW ends SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10th. Every TWO chocolate boxes (per athlete) purchased, will receive ONE ENTRY into the draw for a BRAND NEW BIKE!

We are proud to announce that DGS was recognized by Gymnastics BC, this past Saturday, for several remarkable accomplishments.

- DGS was recognized for excellence in hosting the BC Provincial Gymnaestrada Event
- Erin Sandland received the Inclusivity Award for her incredible work with the RISE Program.
- Daniel, DGS MAG athlete, received a GymBC Scholarship.
