This summer, Open Space Yoga is delighted to collaborate with Schoolhouse Farm for two special outdoor yoga experiences surrounded by the farm's beauty and tranquility.
Join us on Thursday, July 16th & Thursday, July 30th 6-7:30pm for an evening of movement, breath, and connection in nature. These Summer Sessions invite you to slow down, ground yourself, and enjoy the peaceful energy of practicing outdoors in community.
Expect a nourishing all-levels yoga flow designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and embrace the fullness of the summer season. Surrounded by open skies, fresh air, and the charm of the farm, these classes offer a unique opportunity to experience yoga in a truly beautiful setting. The full moon is a powerful moment of illumination, emotional clarity, and energetic release. This workshop is designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you while reconnecting with your inner strength and wisdom.
Through a blend of slow lunar yoga, ritual, journaling, and angel card guidance, we will create space to reflect on what has surfaced in your life and consciously release old patterns, emotions, and beliefs.
You’ll move through a heart-opening yoga flow, participate in a release ceremony under the energy of the full moon, and receive intuitive guidance through angel cards.
Crystals such as Moonstone, Selenite, Amethyst, and Black Obsidian will support the process of cleansing, insight, and emotional release.
This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking:

✨ empowerment and self-reflection
We will close the evening with a deep guided meditation under the symbolic light of the full moon, helping you step forward feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

✨️ Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep or psychic sleep, is a guided meditation yoga practice that induces profound relaxation by bringing you to a state between wakefulness and sleep. In this state we can reduce the stress in the physical body, while allowing space for the mind to rest and heal. In this workshop we will explore the fundamentals of Yoga Nidra together, move through some gentle stretches to allow the body to release any lingering tension, followed by a full Yoga Nidra journey, and end with hands on Reiki Energy healing. This workshop is designed to help you reduce stress from the physical body, move stagnating energies that need space to flow and release, improve your sleep quality, and enhance cognitive function, while promoting emotional regulation.

As an intuitive Reiki practitioner, she combines traditional Reiki energy channeling, while identifying and clearing specific energy blockages. Her intention is to help others find balance in their physical, emotional and Spiritual bodies. Afa strives to always provide a safe, healing space that is inclusive to all and allows you to connect, grow, find community, and feel supported.
