Aikido practice at the North Delta Recreation Centre in North Delta, British Columbia. Classes are mixed, and open to adults (18+) of all fitness levels.

It was a great weekend with Seki Sensei. So grateful to have him as an instructor. It was wonderful to connect with so many friends on and off the mats. Thank you to Ben Sensei and his dojo for hosting us.

One of the best things about aikido is having good friends. During my visit to Oslo, I had some wonderful conversations about aikido with Gaute and our respective journeys over some amazing food. So grateful and appreciative.
