20 years ago, I never thought I'd be where I am today. Today, I am writing this post from the office of my own company which took many years of hard work to get. I want to take a moment to thank every single person who supported me and believed in me to help me get where I am today.

After personally experiencing what a family goes through when their loved one has a workplace accident with my Husband, I knew then that I wanted to prevent other families from having to go through the after effects of a workplace accident. When I started my career as a Safety Coordinator at Amico Construction in 2018, I developed a passion to do everything I could to help others be safe at work. Dowling Enterprise Safety Training is a company I started with no other purpose than to help those around me so every person working in this industry can go home safely every day.

Without the support of my husband, family, friends, subtrades, clients, those who offered advice and guidance, and many, many more along the way, it never would have been possible. In the past few years, I became COR certified, NCSO certified, and most recently I received my Safety Practitioner Gold Seal Certification.
