Prestige Taekwon-Do

- Our classes are taught mainly in English.
We provide a fun, respectful and safe environment to help improve the overall physical and mental health of each student through the practice of ITF Taekwon-Do. French translation is offered as well since our main instructor is bilingual.
- Our classes consist of the following: general fitness exercises, patterns (choreographies of predetermined moves for each belt level), sparring (the combat component of training), drills (usually accompanied by a partner and targets) and stretching

Yesterday we had a great time at our yearly fun beach class! We enjoyed a little photo shoot and some fun in the water, sand and sun! I look forward to seeing everyone in September!

Hier, nous avons passé un super moment lors de notre cours annuel de plaisir à la plage! Nous avons fait une petite séance photo et nous nous sommes bien amusés dans l'eau, sur le sable et au soleil! J'ai hâte de revoir tout le monde en septembre!

This past weekend Keven and Jackson participated in their first tournament at the Maritime Open in Amherst! A big congratulations to both of you for your efforts and accomplishments!! You did us proud!!
