✨SPIN NORTH Announcement

Dear Spin North community,

It is with excitement that we announce that we have decided to pass the torch to new owners who will bring fresh energy and ideas to this beloved studio!

Our last day of operation under current management will be July 31st, with a brief closure for renovations. All passes will be placed on hold and usable under new ownership.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our customers, staff, and partners who have supported us over the years. It has been an incredible journey, and we are so grateful for the memories we’ve created together.

Stay tuned for updates on the new owners and their exciting plans for the future!

Please note, our Saint John, Bathurst and Sussex locations will remain under the same management and owners 🙂

“I’ve been a resident of Dieppe for a decade now, and my love for spin began over a year ago! I’m a huge Swiftie so you can always expect to hear one of my fav songs by her in my rides! Fun fact, even my cat is named Karma, because Taylor Swift said karma is a cat and she’s never wrong! 🐱

My love for coffee runs deep; just don’t question what’s in my water bottle ☕️ hehe I have the best job in the world, managing everyone’s favourite workout clothing brand store and it goes hand in hand with my passion for this community as well!

Aside from spin, I have a strong love for community, and I look forward to continuing grow on the podium and do big things with all of you!

‼️Did you know that November is diabetes awareness month, Among Canadian 30% live with diabetes or pre diabetes and 10% live with diagnosed diabetes.

Tonight we rode 🚴‍♀️for the diabetes's community with a special private class organized by our member, Marie Joelle.

Health care professionals, family and friends all came together to spin for the cause and raised $540💙

You can also make a difference by making a donation, we will be accepting e-transfer donations until November 30th 5pm AST all to proceeds will be donated to Diabetes Canada.🍁

✨What initially attracted you to teaching at Spin North?
Spin North is a safe, no jugement zone, that allowed me to be myself as a rider as I discovered my love for spinning.

✨How do you find fulfillment in your role as a spin teacher at Spin North?

It might seem silly, but all the riders smilling faces during and after a ride. Riders choose to show up for themselves, they crush it every time and when I see others happy, it makes it all worth to me.

✨How does the environment or community at Spin North support your teaching style or philosophy?
Spin North is my stress free zone. I call it my "fun part time job". I absolutely love it, it's an inclusive & jugement free zone. I love to chat with riders before or after class.The Spin North community has welcomed me with open arms and it let's me be exactly who I am. I'm always smiling and laughing in the studio.

✨How does Spin North help you advance in your own personal health and fitness journey?
By showing up for the riders and myself, I work hard every ride. Even when i'm not feeling at my best, riding as an instructor or a rider always makes me feel good once it's all done. Without spin, I truly believe I would have never jumped right in and completed a sprint triathlon this summer and recently my first half marathon! These are just two examples of what I've been up to since the studio opened. This last year at Spin North has really been one of crushing all my goals and dreams.

✨Climbs or Sprints? Why?
Anyone who knows me will tell you I love my climbs. That's why I created my Hot & Heavy ride. Climbs make you push yourself to your limit and beyond. It's all in your head and in your power; you set your goals and you push how much you are willing to push. I might be yelling the whole time, in my head or literally, but the rides are the ones that put in all the work. Plus, I looveee a really long climb, it's so empowering once you've made it till that last second.
