Our Summer belt ceremony will take place on Sunday June 7th!!

- Kids 5-10 years old: 10:30am
- Kids 11-15 years old: 12:00pm
- Teens & Adults 16+: 1:30pm

All classes will be cancelled on that day, with the exception of the Toddler class at 9am.

A great weekend for one of our promising competitors Iasmina. Silver in her division, and gold in the absolute at the Montreal Open. Lessons learned in her division's final, carried her to a gold finish in the absolute division. All of her wins came via submission: armbar, gi choke, and a kimura.

Big news for our Vaudreuil team — the mat space expansion is officially complete! 🥋🔥

We’ve added more room so our students can train safer, move better, and keep growing together on the mats. Whether you’re here for fundamentals, competition training, or your first class ever, we now have even more space for everyone to enjoy Jiu Jitsu at its best.
