The Wellness Centre team would like to wish our clients and new comers a happy and healthy 2023! 🎉✨

We asked our team what are some key 🔑 takeaways to starting a new fitness routine in 2023 💪

1️⃣ Consistency is the key to success! Your fitness should consist of small changes. Forget the “all or nothing” mindset and start making small changes.

2️⃣ To lose weight or fat there is no secret; you must adapt your nutrition first and be in a calorie deficit to lose.

3️⃣ If you want to put on muscle mass you will have to train hard, heavy, and eat in a caloric surplus.

4️⃣ Results don’t happen over night. Learn to be patient the body you want takes time! Slow and steady wins the race.

5️⃣ Some days are harder than others, there will be days where your motivation will be down. Power through, and train, you will be happy you did.
