π€π² Camp Spotlight: Teamwork & Friendships π²π€
Some of the best things kids take home from camp aren't things they can pack in a backpack.
They're the friendships they build, the confidence they gain, and the memories they create together.
Many campers arrive a little nervous and leave with new friends, new confidence, and stories they'll be talking about all summer long.
β€οΈ What is a friendship or camp memory from your childhood that you still remember today?
Spots for our Guardians of the Park Summer Camp are almost full. Register today to secure your child's spot!

If Your Child Could Build One New Skill This Summer... What Would It Be? π²
π₯ Building a campfire?
π Learning to fish?
π§ Navigating with a map and compass?
ποΈ Building a shelter?
πͺ Safe knife skills?
π Identifying insects and wildlife?
π€ Teamwork and leadership?
πͺ Confidence and independence?
Summer is about more than keeping kids busy, it's an opportunity to help them grow, gain confidence, and discover what they're capable of.
At Guardians of the Park summer camp, we're helping young adventurers build real skills, connect with nature, and create memories that last far beyond summer.

Did you know birdwatching can actually improve your mental health?
Research continues to show that spending time outdoors listening to birdsong and observing wildlife can help reduce stress, improve focus, and boost overall wellbeing. Here in Eagle Point and Blue Rapids Parks, we're fortunate to have incredible birdwatching opportunities right in our backyard.
Whether you're an experienced birder or simply enjoy hearing a robin on your morning walk, nature has a remarkable way of helping us slow down and reconnect.
