As your only aikido instruction here and in Nanaimo during this time I ask that you go on line and choose instruction from other sensei that interests you that makes you think that gets you excited about getting back on the mats and in the dojo so when it happens we can all rejoice in fresh ways of being and looking at things !! I could put on web classes etc but there are already so many good ( and other types of ) instructors to choose from old and new so please take the time to explore and return full of questions so we can work on the answers . Hoping all are well and thinking of you all every moment of every day ๐
