Jennifer Woike was a big part of our Curling Club, running the Corporate Giving group when our Ice Plant went down in 2022, coming onto the Board of the Curling Club and serving as Chair of the Board for 2 out of the 3 years. Farmer Bens Eggs has been a great sponsor as well of our club and the number of hours she gave to us was amazing. She has been nominated for the Woman Entrepeneur of the Year award! The Rise Awards ais a prestigous award brought to us by BC Food & Beverage. This Island Girl, one that has given so much time to our organization, needs votes to win. As a finalist (there are only 3), you can vote once a day from each of your email addresses. Please consider voting for this amazing Cowichan Lady. Here is the link:

Public voting is open from 9:00 a.m. PT September 14 until 11:59 p.m. PT on September 28, 2026. One voting form may be submitted per valid email address every 24 hours. Winners will be determined solely by the highest number of valid public votes received and announced on November 25, 2026.
