Podium finish for Sean Laughlin 🇨🇦🥉
Sean just threw down a 1:10 finish and 3rd place in his age category at the HYROX North American Championships in Washington, D.C., representing Canada and Resilience Fitness East York.
And if you know Sean, this result doesn’t surprise you.
This isn’t his first time representing Resilience.
It’s not his first podium.
And it definitely won’t be his last.
Sean is the definition of a veteran athlete—he shows up, puts in the work, and leads by example every single week. No shortcuts. No noise. Just consistency.
Even more important than the podiums is who he is inside the gym. Sean is always willing to help others, share knowledge, and build up the people around him.
That’s what Resilience is about.

is making its mark in Canada — and this weekend it landed at Resilience Fitness. 🇨🇦🎯
Our community got to experience a completely new challenge: a blend of hybrid fitness and the precision of ERGshoot. Athletes battled through demanding workouts before stepping up to the line where breath control, balance, precision, and mental focus under fatigue became the difference maker.
Huge respect to everyone who came out and embraced the experience. The energy in the room was unreal. And this isn’t the last you’ll see of it—ERGshoot guns will be popping up in some of our classes, including Game Day, bringing a new layer of focus, control, and competition to the floor.
We’re excited to keep exploring what’s possible at the intersection of hybrid fitness and precision performance. 🎯🔥

SURVIVOR combines the proven ettectiveness of barbell training with high-intensity conditioning to deliver a complete fitness experience that leaves you feeling stronger, fitter, and more empowered!
The class is divided into focused segments, each targeting different aspects of fitness, including strength building, muscle hypertrophy, and cardiovascular conditioning.
