Here’s why you can’t out train a bad diet ⤵️

A typical fast food meal is about 950 calories

No worries, you’ll just burn it off, right?

Well, to burn 950 calories, you’d need to:

• Jog at 4mph for 2.5 hours

Or

• Walk for 4.5 hours

Or

• Weightlift for 2 hours

Follow the 80/20 rule for weight loss ⤵️

• Missing 1 out of every 5 workouts is okay

• Eating out twice a week is okay

• Enjoying your favorite dessert or treat occasionally is okay

• Indulging in moderation during social gatherings is okay
