Meet one of our students, Hannah!

An energy healer by day, Hannah found her way to Aradia after sixteen years of yoga and eighteen years of dance. She’d never set foot in a traditional gym, so aerial was a whole new world for her body to explore.

Fun fact about Hannah, doing aerial helped break up some of the scar tissue in her body after her surgeries.

These days she’s all over the schedule, taking aerial hammock, pole, acroyoga, and chair dance.

Meet Sarah! With over 35 years of dance experience, she’s trained in ballet, jazz, tap, and musical theater, and now teaches Tap, Burlesque, and Ballet, and Pole, here at Aradia 👯‍♀️💃🩰

What we love most about Sarah is her energy. She’s warm, patient, and endlessly encouraging with her students. Outside of instructing, she’s just as excited to be the beginner. She’s tried aerial silks, trapeze, country line dancing, salsa, and acroyoga, chasing that feeling of being out of her element and laughing at herself along the way.

Her advice? Never stop trying new things, even if you’re bad at them at first.
