Brady grew up on the ice — he played for the Moose Jaw Warriors and knows firsthand what it takes to perform at a high level.
These days, you’ll find him in the studio teaching his favourite class: full body mobility. It’s the class he wishes he’d had as a player, and he loves seeing athletes (and everyday movers!) discover what their bodies are truly capable of.
Whether you’re a hockey player looking to up your game or just someone who wants to feel better in your body — Brady’s your guy.
