Core work is important - but it isn’t the whole picture. 💛
Besides my core, I spend a lot of time strengthening my glutes and upper back during pregnancy and postpartum.
As your body changes, your center of gravity shifts, posture adapts, and daily demands like feeding, carrying, and lifting add up. These changes can make it harder to recruit and maintain strength in these muscle groups.
These banded exercises are some of my favorites for keeping them strong pre & postnatal. 💪🏼 Repeat 2-3 rounds :)
