As EA UzumnismEsq, I am driven to always execute processes in alignment with best practices, standards, and principles; guided by a sound mindset and a clearly defined belief system.

Our everyday systems are distorted by a cycle of bandwagon implosion, reflecting deeply flawed leadership and followership structures. Our collective mindset is loudly burdened by social poverty. Many who hold power do not understand how to wield it; even more troubling, many who possess wealth do not know how to manage it. The prevailing operative word has become “control” - a constant urge to dominate and remain in charge.

This reality is troubling, especially when we acknowledge that we brought nothing into this world and will leave with nothing.

Let us therefore review the following:
Character
Competence
Consistency
Capacity

I propose that leadership trajectories be evaluated through these four Cs before any form of scoring or elevation. For a healthier society, leadership cannot be reduced to mere loyalty or disloyalty. It is time to prioritize the Four Cs, and humanity.

We must not compromise competence for character, nor should we sacrifice capacity for any other consideration. Proximity does not equate to loyalty.

Our society should no longer be burdened by an obsessive hunger for control and validation alone.

Our best minds must deliberately reassess leadership development trajectories. Too often, crowns do not rest on those who refuse to follow the crowd, but rather on those who bend realities; unfortunately so.

CHARGE
I will not follow the crowd.
I will not bend realities; it is what it is.
I will control my output.
I will manage outcomes, but you will take responsibility for the consequences of your actions and inactions.

Let us make a conscious commitment to positive impact and the cultivation of better leadership.

Have you observed that recruitments into Government Agencies like Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) Nigerian National Petroleum Corp(NNPC) Federal Inland Revenue Service(FIRS) etc are shrouded in secrecy? They rarely advertise such vacancies or conduct open and Transparent Employment Procedures yet new entrants resume regularly but vacancies to join Nigeria Army is open. The love is massive!....yet for Sambisa Department!
The first step to deliverance and liberation is awareness. Lets be guided.

Prioritise Welfare Of Deltans Ahead 2027, Uzum Urges Political Gladiators In Delta

Eugene Azuka Uzum has implored political gladiators in Delta State to put the welfare of Deltans in the front burner, instead of scheming to strengthen political structures against the people ahead of 2027 in the state.

Uzum, a lawyer, policy analyst and opinion leader in Delta State, stated this against the observable wobbling political stability after the merger of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the state.

He said that the unwholesome taking over of the structure of the APC by the ruling PDP government and an attempt to render the erstwhile leadership of APC impotent in some senatorial districts was not resonating well for the political advancement of the state and the people, stressing the need to dump any implication of arm twisting that would not augur well for the generality of the people of the state.

He noted that Delta State was never in any political strains, until recently when political caution was thrown into the wind on the alter of personal stomach satiation.

He called on elected and appointed state actors to seek the unity of the party, rather than struggling for political structures to the detriment of Deltans.

About 19 months ago, i took stock of my political engagements. I evaluated growth, critical mileages and performance. I did a statistical analysis based on some indicators i observed....

I chose my sanity and self preservation over capacity strangulation. I walked away voluntarily.
Many felt it was an unpopular voyage.
Next was Uzum is Jumpy, erratic, Impatient, Disloyalty, Arrogant and more.
On 24/4/25, 95% of my former party members vindicated me! Even Ceasar took up the broom!
Master your art, grow your instinct....prioritize yourself.

I won't fix what i didn't break because i want to make history.
NOW.....
It's easy for others to judge because they don't know my story, but i knew abinitio that their words were just perspectives and not what I am. Nobody conquers an emancipated capacity!

My power of determination doesn't need endorsement or validation from onlookers because I am capable of things beyond ordinary imagination thru God.
Know this and know peace.

People can have their opinion on issues, I only care about my positive impact.
AGAIN....
Let them feel you're are ungrateful because you refused to be fooled over and over again.
Don't allow people to waste your energy anymore. Hold tight to what adds value to your potential.

Place premium on yourself...be more deliberate and consistent as time and chance happens to everyone.

Honestly, on that queue within your imagination, the only person who sees your interest as priority is yourself.
