We had a good day at True North Grappling. We got 3 silvers, one bronze and one gold! The competition was high level. Teams from around the province came out to represent their academies. Thank you to all of our students who came out to represent. It was the first tournament for most of you and I'm proud of all your performances.👏

Today we were at the Ares Vengeance tournament. We had Thai boxers young and old participating. Our team came away with 3 golds, 3 silver, and one bronze. Thank you to all the students who bravely represented our community!

Just a quick heads up that there will be no Muay Thai classes this Saturday, May 23rd, as the Vengeance tournament will be happening all day.

BJJ classes will still be running as scheduled, so come get some training in!
