Happy to announce I will be coming to EVO Jasper ave Wednesday October 14th 6-7:30pm for a workshop on hyper-mobility this is a 100% free workshop to attend. If you hyper-mobility and you’d like some insight this is the workshop for you . If you think you might have hyper-mobility great news I’m doing in the spot assessments . Again this event is 100% free but please stick around after as I’m a sucker for Karoke and it’s a great way to come and support our local q***r community .

The goal isn’t to make every workout harder.

The goal is to make you more capable.

Sometimes that means adding weight. Sometimes it means improving control, increasing range of motion, moving with less compensation, or simply doing the same work with more confidence.

Progress has more than one scoreboard.

Strong training isn’t about forcing every joint into a textbook position.

Some people naturally have more available range than others. The goal is to build strength, control and confidence through the range you can actually manage—then progressively expand what you can tolerate as your capacity improves.

Mobility gives you options. Strength helps you own them.
