Good morning residents! Following-up on the confusion regarding email communications from First Service Residential, I wanted to provide a summary from the office:
"We would like to take this opportunity to reiterate an important update regarding Core Management's transition to FirstService Residential, effective October 5, 2026. We understand that some residents may not have received our previous communication, as it was distributed from an unfamiliar email address and may have been overlooked or filtered into junk mail. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
As previously announced, Core Management has joined FirstService Residential, providing our communities with access to additional resources, technology, and support while maintaining our commitment to exceptional service. Please review the attached notice, which outlines the updated communication channels and contact information for reaching our office. We encourage all residents to save this information for future reference.
While our contact information has changed, our previous communication channels remain active and are being redirected to ensure a seamless transition.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this transition and look forward to continuing to serve your community."
