Panuntukan (Fist Fighting) is really one of my favorite subject matters to teach when it comes to the Filipino martial arts...here we are demonstrating an abbreviated method based on the "Cuatro Cantos" (4 corners) concept (which is also encompassed in the "Cinco Tero" (5 strikes) concept system translated to empty hands☺️
