Let’s K.I.S.S !!
Keep It Simple Silly!!
Gosh this is such a hard message to remember especially being in this field of work. My brain always wants to revert back to what I was doing 4-5 years ago and the reality is that I’m just not there anymore.
Restarting something that feels like it should be a second nature is challenging in soo many different aspects. But I need to restart, I need to get to a place where I feel good in my body and where my body is happy doing the activities I want to be doing!
Sooo my mantra for the next while is going to be K.I.S.S!
The workouts don’t have to be complicated, and they don’t have to take an hour.
I just need to be consistent with movement and movement that is achievable.
I can be consistent, I just need to keep it simple!!

Community class this past Saturday was a blast!!
So grateful to everyone who showed up to get their sweat on!!

Okay friends, can we talk peanut butter and bananas for a second!
But really just have a chat about all food in general!
It is sooo evident sometimes how much of an influence society and our own worlds have on what we should/ shouldn’t be eating; what is healthy and what is not; what foods will supposedly help us to lose weight faster and which ones are really tricky, in the fact that we think they are healthy but they in deed would hinder our weight loss journey!
In this day and age we are all just looking for that quick fix. What is going to get us to our goal the quickest and probably more importantly the EASIEST. But nothing in life comes just easy! It takes time and work and consistency in your actions.
I have been following for over a year now and have really been focused on changing the relationship I have with food BUT stillll really struggle with peanut butter and bananas for some reason. My mind has such a hard time allowing myself to be okay eating these two food multiple times a day.
We should all be able to allow ourselves the permission to ENJOY our food! Every single type of food that we want without having that voice in our heads telling us that we can’t or shouldn’t be doing this!
I know I’m not alone in this, the majority of us struggle with the food we eat or how much we eat! And yes it is getting better but that doesn’t change the fact that it is still really hard sometimes!!

COMMUNITY CLASS IS HERE THIS SATURDAY !!
It’s back again! The last Saturday of every month I will be hosting a community class, and it’s that time of the month :)
I hosted my first community class back in 2022 and held it outside but this year we will be in the gym!
So what is a community class ?!
It is a place where we can get together as a collective and move our bodies!! If you have been curious about a group class or curious about how I train and what I do, this is a great opportunity to come and check it out!
Alsoo just a fun way to sweat with your friends!! 💪🏼
I wanted to start this class to allow a space for people to come and try new movement, learn how to use different pieces of equipment and allow for an inclusive and affordable space for people try exercise!
💥💥The community class is pay as you want! What this means is that you can come to class for free if you choose to, or pay whatever amount you feel you can or would like to! There is no minimum amount and no pressure at all to pay!
This is a class that I will be hosting ONCE A MONTH going forward and I am sooooo pumped to see you in the gym!

Class schedule is up!! 💥
These are the times that will stay consistent for the remainder of January, as well as into February and March!
I will be adding a few new times in February, so keep an eye out for those as well!

I’ve taken the first few weeks of this year to settle into my business, to set some goals and make some big changes for me so my business can thrive and grow!
