Join us for Yoga In The Park with Live Music this Saturday at Glastonbury Park from 10:00 - 11:00 am 🌻.
This year, thanks to the generous support of Glastonbury, Cameron Heights, and Secord Community Leagues we have adult and kids yoga classes offered every Saturday in July.
🧚🏽♀️ Our Kids' Yoga class for this Saturday is now sold out, but there's still plenty of room in the adult class - bring a friend, a neighbour, or come as you are.

🐨✨ Mom and Baby Yoga focuses on honouring the newness and enjoying our postpartum bodies in the company of our babies- asleep or awake!
Moms can enjoy the benefits of awakening tired muscles, easing backaches, while particular attention is paid to abdominal and pelvic health and restoration.
We will also be incorporating gentle stretches for babies, songs and wonderful cures for colic! No prior yoga experience necessary.
Come and enjoy this special time with your baby, introducing them at an early age to body awareness and a healthy body relationship. Suitable for babies 6 weeks up to the crawling stage.

Rituals are sacred and connective containers that fortify our minds and bodies in relationship to our hearts truth and genuine desire. With the strengthening of the Ritual, our reflections become illuminated to ourselves and others and can reveal the steps we will no longer be taking in life and call us towards new horizons.
Cacao is a powerful, ancient nectar that connects directly with the heart which can amplify our ability to hear our own electromagnetic language as it pulses from deep inside us, manifesting as flow, insight, inspiration and guidance. Our Ceremonial Grade Cacao contains anandamide known as the ‘bliss molecule’ as well as a chemical called phenylethylamine which is affectionately named, the ‘love chemical.’ In this reciprocal reunion of human and plant, we are reminded of our deeply inter-connective origins and the authentic expressions that arise from them.
