Lacombe 2026 Flexible Steel Level 1 Instructor Certification
Another outstanding day at Iron Lab, bringing together coaches, athletes, and movement enthusiasts committed to becoming both stronger and more flexible.
Flexible Steel bridges the gap between strength and mobility, creating a system where each reinforces the other. Throughout the certification, students learned proven methods with practical progressions, and regressions, for improving mobility, flexibility, and movement quality without sacrificing strength or power.
An event centred on learning requires an environment that supports it. Thank you Iron Lab for providing exactly that, an incredible space dedicated to development, and growth.
Most importantly, congratulations to our newest Flexible Steel Level 1 Instructors. Your focus, and dedication to the material made for an outstanding certification.
Strength and flexibility are often treated as separate pursuits. Flexible Steel teaches that your greatest potential lies in developing both.
We want you to be Flexible Steel!

Our StrongFirst Kettlebell Workshops were packed with knowledge, hands-on coaching, and plenty of fun was had.
From breaking down the fundamentals of hard-style swing and get-ups in KB 101: Simple & Sinister to levelling up with snatches and military presses in KB 201: Rite of Passage, every rep provided the opportunity to learn and grow.
Much respect to every student who showed up ready to train hard, support each other, and soak up the finer details that make StrongFirst the gold standard in kettlebell training.
If you missed it - don’t worry! More opportunities to learn, lift, and connect are on the horizon.
Stay tuned, stay strong, and keep swinging.
