Super proud of my client Vic. At 80 years old he decided to put an end to losing distance off the tee, put an end to using a suction cup to pick up the ball and start enjoying the game again.

This past winter focusing on strength, power and most importantly mobility he not only gained 25 yards off the tee to start the season, he can lunge down to pick up the ball from the cup.

Proof that at any age, you can improve your game by improving your level of fitness.

It’s not about being the next DeChambeau story. Getting fit so you can hit a longer ball means being farther than where you are now while having More fun. If you drive a ball 180 yards and are able to boost that to 230 thanks to more mobility and strength that is amazing!
