This has been my biggest goal when I started my career at GoodLife fitness in 2017, not just to hit a milestone but to set a standard in what people think when they hear “Personal Trainer”.

My vision as a Personal Trainer/Coach is to help individuals inside and outside of the gym, I didn’t want to be a trainer that COUNT REPS and tell the client how amazing the WORKOUT would be, I wanted to be a coach that the client CAN COUNT ON to fix everything and anything they need help with and tell them how amazing their LIFE will be; whether it’s preventing injury or rehabbing/fixing joint issues, giving nutritional advice to help them lose/gain weight, to be a friend or to just get stronger and make their everyday quality of life better. I wanted to impact their life in not just a positive, but everlasting way.

I am very passionate in what I do. From the investments in education and ongoing learning, the hours servicing and my full time commitment with my clients, the tailored programming I make, and especially in the lives that I’ve changed; I am very passionate about health & fitness, and everything Personal Training/Coaching has to offer.

Thank you to my previous, current and future clients for investing and trusting in me, I wouldn’t have a reason to do what I love, it if it wasn’t for you.

Introducing Edmonton Regions only Level 5 Trainer! Charles has been spending countless hours in and outside the gym to further his career. He is month in and month out the Service King 👑 (servicing the most 1-1 training hours) and attending 3-5 additional certifications every year to ensure his tool box is always growing! His hard work has paid off as he has officially passed his practical and theory exams to claim his new Level 5 badge. Over the last three years it is amazing to see how far he has come (➡️ 1st bio), and is equally exciting to see how far he will go with his personal fitness, his clients and his career! Attended Dr. Jordan Shallow’s PRE-SCRIPT Level 4 - INTEGRATION EX*****ON.

A very intelligent, down to earth honest man, that educated us the importance of STABILITY, and not answer our questions but greater our through process through everything as a coach to help ask BETTER questions for propelling our discipline forward.

Had the pleasure to attend Sub Maximal Training Seminar!

Got to train and get coached on the Big 4 Lifts, then went over programming to figure out our estimated 1RM & what our training Max’s would be for different training blocks.

Learned lots about Sub Maximal Training and will apply it to my own!

Enjoyed the time you were here as well as the motivation speech at the end about the value of TIME!

Same but different. Videos before & after taking Strength Coach Level 1 Course & studying actual Olympian Weightlifter’s technique that I look up to & after injuries (from sport activists, unrelated to training) were healed.

LEFT - Injury free (DEC). No proper technique and just tried to get the weight overhead as fast as I could. Jerking weight up, arms bending, jumping forward, looking up, hoping to catch the bar.
-
RIGHT - Injured left elbow (JAN), knee and ankle (FEB); ankle not at full ROM, elbow & knee still clicks, wearing compression on injured joints for protection (APR). Technique and controlled tempo. Patient, no arm bend, full extension, felt bar throughout, catch felt solid.

In both videos the weight is the same at 75kg/165lbs.

S**t happens; be patient, keep working, be consistent and don’t give up. Finally worked up back to my old PR with ease and better technique. Can only go up from here 💯 I’M BROKEN, BUT NOT DESTROYED

The ELEIKO STRENGTH COACH L1 course has finished and I am beyond grateful to be taught by these 3 experienced and educated master coach’s in 4 days 💪🏼

I was able to learn the foundation principles/techniques and derivatives on the Olympic Lifts, which will personally help on my own lifts, as well as coaching clients on how to perform the Sn**ch and Clean & Jerk 🏋🏻‍♂️

Super stoked and happy, was also able to receive more education on what it takes and how to be a great Strength Coach. Thank you !! Look forward to L2 next year!!

Such a pleasure to meet .jacob.harden a very down to earth and knowledgeable guy! I’ve been following him and applying his content from his videos to myself and clients ever since I became a trainer over a year ago and I am grateful to finally meet him!🙏🏼

Taking and finally having a proper structure and solid understanding on injury prevention, and learning more about the chiropractor side of things was just the cherry on top 🙌🏼

Was fun taking your course as well as sitting down and eating at Popeyes with you for lunch! Thank you!!

The amount of education I got from André Benoit’s Strength Academy course, especially since I was the only student that went so it got very personal; broadened my knowledge on becoming a Strength Coach, training athletes and the general population. Beyond excited for myself and my clients!! 🙏🏼🙌🏼
