Bored of your regular treadmill routine?? TRY THIS INSTEAD β οΈ
Iβve been doing this treadmill routine and itβs amazing! This functional workout is a suitcase carry, where you carry a weight in ONE hand at a time, challenging your grip strength and targeting your obliques, deeper abdominal muscles, and shoulders.
When I first started doing this routine I carried a 15lb dumbbell which I believe is a really good starting weight for this exercise, and now Iβm using a 20lb.
You REALLY feel your obliques the next day, which I love π Lmk if you try this out! π
