Taking care of your health shouldn’t begin when something goes wrong.

It should begin long before that.

Imagine one place where you can build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, manage pain, optimize performance, and work with professionals who are all focused on helping you live better.

That’s what we’re building at Evolve.

Our gyms are more than a room full of equipment. They’re home to personal trainers, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, psychologists, dietitians, and many other health professionals, all working alongside a community committed to becoming stronger every day.

The future of healthcare isn’t about treating illness.

It’s about creating environments that help people stay healthy in the first place.

Welcome to Evolve.

Over a decade ago, Evolve started with very humble beginnings. One small location, a vision, and a group of people who believed we could build something different for this city. We never could have imagined where that journey would take us.

Today, we close the doors to the very first location that started it all. The walls may have been simple, the equipment may have changed over the years, but the memories, friendships, struggles, wins, and community built inside that space will stay with us forever.

As emotional as it is to say goodbye, we are also opening the doors to something we once only dreamed about. Our new South Edmonton Common flagship is more than just a bigger facility. It represents every member, every staff member, every trainer, every practitioner, and every person who supported us from the very beginning.

We may have evolved our look over the years, but at heart, we are still the exact same people. The same passion. The same culture. The same love for this community.

To everyone who trained with us in those early days, supported a local business when we were just getting started, believed in us before anyone knew who we were, and helped shape Evolve into what it is today… thank you. Truly.

This next chapter is because of you. ❤️

We’re proud to announce our newest equipment partnership with .worldwide .

When we make decisions on equipment, it always comes down to one thing: giving our members the best training experience possible.

Newtech stood out immediately for their world-class biomechanics, ultra-smooth movement patterns, exceptional adjustability, and the kind of build quality serious lifters feel from the very first rep. Their machines are built in South Korea, trusted by elite bodybuilding athletes, and backed by global recognition through partnerships with Mr. Olympia and the IFBB.

This is equipment designed for people who care about the details, the feel, the angles, the tension profile, and the difference between good machines and unforgettable ones.

New pieces have officially landed in both and and this is only the beginning.

We’ll also be bringing an incredible selection of Newtech pieces to our new location opening this May, adding even more premium tools to what will be one of the most complete strength training environments in the country.

The standard keeps rising.

South Edmonton Common opens in May.
