Residents

• $70/hour — 3-hour minimum

• $700 day rate

• $50/hour extra after 9 PM

Non-Residents

• $90/hour — 3-hour minimum

• $900 day rate

• $50/hour extra after 9 PM

👥 Capacity

• 62 people with food/beverages

• 84 people without food/beverages

• 62 chairs + 12 tables included

Hall rentals do not include access to the lake or park.
