What is “BALANCE” to you?…

Balance to me, is being able to read yourself to understand “what you need more of” and “what you may need less of”.

✅ Acknowledging and understanding that you need to adjust components in your life is just the first part… Actually creating balance, means taking action in order to apply more of something or apply less/take a little step back from something.

✅ You will know it is working and you are feeling balanced, when you start to feel better, when your well-being has improved, improved mental health and/or physical health, lowered stress and anxiety, etc.

Certain components that may need to be adjusted may include:

❗️Getting takeout/restaurants OR Too strict with your diet regiment

❗️Spending time with people OR Alone time

❗️High level of physical activity OR Taking some down time.

AND MORE! It completely depends on the individuals needs and tolerance threshold for each particular factor.

Being Mindful Of What You Put Into Your Body, Helps You To Understand What Makes The Body Feel Good 🥳

Adjusting your nutrition can be something as simple as eating things that make you feel good… And taking a step back from eating things that make you feel bad/minimizing irritable foods

P.S. The more denatured a food is from its original state, potentially less nutrients are consumed… Or your body might not digest it that well and excrete a good amount out it as waste
