New bikes purchased from redbike within a year can be booked in for “warranty checks”.
Walk-in service is accepted on a case-by-case basis (i.e., flat tires and minor repairs). These are assessed on site.
We are unable to store your bike and would appreciate that you drop off your bike on the day of your appointment between 10am-12pm.
