Couldn’t wait until Friday for this one… so I dropped it early 👀✨

New 30 minute barre workout is now up using a Pilates ball. Wow does that little ball know how to humble you in the best way. It adds such a fun challenge to balance, stability, core work, and those tiny barre pulses that suddenly feel VERY not tiny.

5 moves you need to try:
• bicep curl + shoulder raise with ball & weights
• hinge lunge with ball on hip
• hinge lunge rotation + ball squeeze
• oblique roll outs
• scissors

And can we all say hi to my mom in this video 🥹 We love when she joins us because it’s such a good reminder that movement doesn’t have to look one specific way. Different bodies, different modifications, different approaches — all still count. 🤍

This is 39!

The older I get, the more I realize how much I just want to fully live my life.

I want the trips. The dinners that turn into late nights. The mornings with my family. The laughs that make your stomach hurt. The memories you wish you could bottle up forever.

And honestly, this is a huge part of why I move my body.
Not because I’m trying to look a certain way but because I want energy for all of it. I want to feel strong carrying groceries and suitcases and kids and everything life throws at me. I want to feel good saying yes to adventures. I want to keep dancing, moving, travelling, celebrating, and showing up for the people I love.

If my next chapter looks like making memories, feeling good, and having fun while doing it… I think I’m doing alright 🤍
