Hey everyone. Just on my way back from world championships and recieving my Master Instructor title. Looking forward to stepping up our Krav Challenge program on my return. Hopefully JJ and Alan got some great layouts for the workout upgrades. I know I have some great idea for the fight side. Our first upgraded challenge cycle will be mod July start date!
