Evolve Strength North

Evolve North will close early at 8:00 PM on Friday, March 20, and the gym floor will be closed Saturday, March 21, as we host the Ragnarok 2026 Open Powerlifting Competition.

Regular hours will resume on Sunday, March 22. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Once again we are honoured to be hosting the Grit Power Open this Saturday!

This event is open to the public to come watch and cheer on the athletes but the gym will be closed to our members for working out.

If you don’t want to get behind on your new years gains please visit our South or Downtown locations!
