1,000 classes coached… and I still get excited every time I hit that Start Class button. 🧡🍊

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with me this morning, especially before most people were even awake. It meant so much to have you there.

Through the long days, early alarms, countless splats, and endless 3…2…1s, every class reminds me why I love what I do. Watching you show up, chase PRs, and surprise yourselves with what you’re capable of is the best part of this job.

I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. So many of you crushed the benchmark and walked away with new PRs!

Orangetheory has been part of my life and my own fitness routine for over 12 years, and I’m so grateful I get to share that passion as a coach, studio manager, and partner at the Callingwood studio I proudly call home.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to my birthday burn yesterday and made me feel so celebrated. To my incredible team, my friends, and our amazing members, thank you for showing up, sweating it out with me, and making the day one I’ll never forget.

It also officially marks one year since I became the owner of OTF Callingwood, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better community to do this with. Thank you for welcoming me, supporting me, challenging me, and making this studio feel like home.

Week 5 of Season of Strength is all about nutrition 💪

Now that you’ve built consistency and momentum, it’s time to focus on what helps power your workouts: fuel.

Strength training asks a lot from your body. Eating enough, prioritizing protein, staying hydrated, and building balanced meals can all help support your performance, recovery, and strength progress.

This week is not about dieting or being perfect. It’s about fueling your body so you can show up, lift well, recover better, and keep building.

Focus on protein-forward meals and snacks, pair protein with carbs for energy, drink water throughout the day, and keep it sustainable.

Food is fuel. Fuel supports effort. Effort builds strength. 🔥
