While the EBA accepts team registrations only, we offer several ways to help individual players connect with teams that are looking to add players to their roster.

Option 1: Join the Official EBA Substitute Player List!

Our Official Sub List is a great way to:
🏀 Get invited to fill in for teams needing players
🏀 Meet new teammates
🏀 Gain exposure to different divisions
🏀 Find a permanent team for future seasons

Whether you're looking for a full-time roster spot or just hoping to get some games in, the Sub List is a great place to start.

Option 2: Join one of our Facebook Groups and create a post including:
✅ Gender
✅ Age
✅ Height
✅ Preferred Position
✅ Basketball Experience
✅ Email Address or Phone Number

Team Representatives regularly check the page and may contact you directly if they're looking to add players. The EBA does not assign players to teams, so this is the best way to get noticed.

It's time to get your team ready for another exciting season with the Edmonton Basketball Association!

Registration Deadline: Friday, August 21, 2026

A few important reminders:
🏀 Mandatory AGM: Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 7:00 PM (COMP Gym – Saville Community Sports Centre)
🏀 Team Representatives must attend and submit their completed Letter of Intent in person.
🏀 Registration forms and payment must be received by August 21.
🏀 Women's Divisions will officially begin using the Size 6 basketball, and each registered Women's team will receive one complimentary Size 6 basketball with registration.

Our 2026 Summer League Season Registration deadline is TODAY!

We will be accepting registrations till midnight tonight!

Our Summer Season will run from June 30 - August 31, 2026.

This year’s registration fee is $1979.89 (includes a $300 performance bond).

All team’s are guaranteed 9 Regular Season Games & 1 Playoff Game.

Registration Deadline : JUNE 11, 2026 (NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXTENSIONS)

Fees & Registration via TeamLinkt must be received by the deadline for your team to be inputted into the upcoming season.
