Welcome everyone!
JT here with his new personal training Instagram page. I know i know, another fitness page..
However to me, its alot more then just shirtless/booty gym pictures, or videos on the coolest unique exercises to try. Health and fitness have been huge passions of mine for as long as i can remember, and this page is one way I'd like to give back, and show that your fitness journey can be as unique as you.
Bare with me as I learn the ropes of posting useful content. I have big hopes for this page to help deliver educational tips, useful information, and just be a free source of knowledge and experiences that have shaped and guided me towards a healthier lifestyle.

Habits.. they make us or break.
Somedays showing up is the hardest part. Consistency over intensity.. not just with the gym but alot of aspects of life. There is definitely time for intensity, but I believe we need that consistency first.
Simple example, brushing your teeth... is it better to brush your teeth for 1 hour once a week... or 10 mins everyday.
I'm not a dentist so I'll let you be the judge of that one.
