Congratulations !!!🥳🤩🎉
This beautiful mama joined our spring challenge after welcoming her second baby! Overall she lost 9lbs and a ton of inches overall over the past 3 months.
She won the challenge and got the prize pot of $300! 🤩👏🎉

Join us at 11am on May 31st for a Babywearing Workout Class!
Join us for a mom & baby workout class @ Flourish Fitness Edmonton’s women’s only gym!
(baby wearing educator & birth doula) will be there to assess your carrier fit, and will also be bringing her carrier collection, if you’d like to try and specific brands out day of!
Floriane will lead you through a 45 min baby wearing strength and mobility class, to get your body moving safely and get you feeling strong!
You’ll learn
📍how to properly babywear while working out
📍 how to move safely with your baby on your chest or back
📍 how to engage the proper core, back & pelvic floor muscles during postpartum workouts
👶🏻 Babies ages 6 weeks to 18 months welcome!
*please make sure you have been cleared by your doctor to perform physical exercise
